Terrible customer service and they send SPAM emails with inaccurate stock updates. I receive an email saying an item is in stock and less than 30 seconds later I'm on the website being told it's out of stock. The poor live chat service AI/Human informs me that new stock will be in on the 12th March! At the time of writing it's the 3rd November so essentially Hunter will be getting no stock for the pretty much the entirety of winter and the whole Xmas period of its flagship original short wellies.....Wow good job, keep it up!UPDATE:Wow despite the poor service I decided to give the company a second try and ordered a pair in an alternative size. The order was processed (success) and I ordered a pair of sock inserts to go with them (double success)........It was too good to be true! I have today (11 Nov) received a note to say the boots are being refunded due to a 'picking' shortage' and they won't be delivered. However the socks will be arriving tomorrow, are you kidding me!! WHATS THE POINT OF SENDING THE SOCKS IF THERE ARE NO BOOTS FOR THEM TO GO IN!!!Sabrina in their Live Chat facility has assured me I'll be getting a phone call from management (just as well I have a chat transcript of her saying that) in 48hrs.So let's see if they can resolve the issue????

Wrong item sent to me, also returns is awful! Complained in the end

We love hunter boots! So easy to clean and durable, I save all my oldest daughters hunter boots for baby sister!

This is my first time purchasing hunter boots for my girls and the boots are absolutely beautiful! I will be purchasing a pair for myself.

I love Hunter products. I was disappointed in the color. I order red tall rain boots. On the website, the image was a bright red and the boots I got were a sad muted red!!! I was really looking forward to a bright red rain boot!

Been buying these boots for 3 years for my grandson they are excellent quality and last for ages they are a good price as well

The boots are clumpy in the sole, making it hard work walking. The sole and heel while being sturdy, combined with rather inflexible rubber upper and legs make normal heel-through-toe walking quite awkward and therefore uncomfortable. I have a particular issue with the boots being tight over the bridge of my foot (I have a high instep) which means I don't wear the boots for more than about 30 minutes to avoid both blisters and pain. My old Hunter wellies which have perished were a different, lighter, better shape for me but they did not last longer than 18 months with everyday wear. The new Balmorals are constructed differently with tougher rubber which may be good for durability but not, in my view for comfort. Quite disappointed

I purchased in store a pair of foldable Tour boots in December .Two months and they started to crack ,therefore I made a claim and it was accepted.It is half March and there is any stock since months of the classic model ,or slim model or foldable model.I am very disappointed , I keep wearing the broken boots when I go out with the dog ,but they are falling apart.A big high street brand , but quality of boots poor and I found unbelievable that they run out of all the classic models.Also they won't refund me because I paid cash.

Bought some boots at a cost of £125 from this company. Within 5 months the boots were letting in water. The company have agreed to replace the boots over three weeks ago. No boots received and no reply from customer service. A premium brand charging premium prices should have premium customer service. The true test of a customer focussed company is when things go wrong. Hunter Boots 0 out of 10 for product and customer service.Hunter boots now asking for the original boots back. Despite a previous emial askinmg me to recycle them. Just aweful service and communictaion.

This yellow boot has now become my 13 year old granddaughter’s favorite. Fits a tad small so if you are in between sizes, order the larger.

I bought three pairs of Hunter Wellington boots premium price within 18months all 3 pairs have split and are leaking badly. I contacted shop where I bought and said they were out of warranty. I have an old pair of Dunlop boots 15yrs and ate perfect. I will never buy this brand again cheap rubbish ...at a phenomenal price. Not a good British standard.

My original pair of Hunter Wellies split. It took a lot of persistence but Hunters have now delivered a pair of replacement boots as the original pair were only a year old. I found emailing Hunters not particularly helpful but via the Chat service on their website I was able to contact Sabrina Kaur who read the lengthy email exchange and immediately arranged for the replacement boots. The new boots are a different colour to the original but I am satisfied that Hunters have honoured the advertised 2 year warranty and grateful to Ms Kaur for her assistance.
